Findem Alternatives in 2026: 10 Talent Sourcing Platforms Compared

The best Findem alternative in 2026 is The Cognitive if you want to source and interview candidates without a sales call or an enterprise contract. You describe the role in plain English, it searches ~900M public profiles, and then it interviews the people you pick in a live AI video interview. The price is on the website and the plan is monthly. SeekOut, hireEZ, Gem and Eightfold AI round out the top 5.

Findem is good at what it was built for. It pulls your inbound applicants, past candidates, referrals and alumni into one search before it looks outside. But it has no public price, and the platform is sold through "Request a demo". If you're switching from Findem, the reasons people give in reviews and on Reddit are a price you can't see and a learning curve.

The best Findem alternatives in 2026

  1. The Cognitive: best overall, because it finds people and interviews them live with AI, in an account you open yourself at a published price.
  2. SeekOut: best like-for-like swap, with your ATS and outside profiles in one search.
  3. hireEZ: best for high-volume outbound with AI phone screening in the same system.
  4. Gem: best if the talent CRM was the part of Findem you used most.
  5. Eightfold AI: best for enterprises that want a full talent intelligence suite with an AI interviewer.
  6. Juicebox: best for plain-English search you can sign up for online.
  7. Pin: best free plan for sourcing and emailing candidates.
  8. Loxo: best for agencies that want sourcing inside their ATS and CRM.
  9. Beamery: best for large employers that hire on skills data.
  10. LinkedIn Recruiter: best if InMail is still where your candidates answer.

Full disclosure: I run The Cognitive. I put it first on 1 test a reader can check: it finds people outside your own database and runs a live, two-way AI video interview with them, both in an account you can open without talking to sales, at a price published on its website. It's the only tool on this list that passes it. SeekOut comes closest, but its AI screener sits on custom plans, not on its self-serve Recruit Core. After #1, the order is my own judgment of how well each tool covers the job most teams bought Findem for, not a score. I have not used the other 9 on a paid account. What I say about them comes from their own websites, read on 1 October 2026.

Why do recruiters look for Findem alternatives?

Findem holds 4.7 out of 5 on G2, from 36 reviews read on 1 October 2026. Most reviewers like it. The complaints are specific, and they line up with what people ask on Reddit:

The Reddit threads are a couple of years old, but the buying route hasn't changed: findem.ai/pricing now redirects to the platform page, and there's still no price on it.

What does Findem do well that you'd give up?

This is the part The Cognitive, Juicebox, Pin and LinkedIn Recruiter don't replace. Findem says it brings "inbound, rediscovery, referrals, alumni, and external talent into a single, guided workflow", and its assistant "prioritizes warm talent pools, such as prior applicants, before expanding to new prospects", per its sourcing page. When it goes outside, it draws on "more than 850 million candidate profiles".

That matters. In Gem's 2026 benchmarks, 46% of sourced hires came from people already in a company's ATS or CRM. One Findem user wrote on r/recruiting in 2023: "I'm tired of having my recruiting team build a pipeline from scratch every time a role opens."

The Cognitive doesn't do this. It searches public profiles for people you haven't met yet. It doesn't search your applicant tracking system (ATS) history, your referrals or your alumni. If rediscovery is most of your hiring, look at SeekOut, Gem or hireEZ first, and read our candidate rediscovery guide.

Findem also isn't standing still. After agreeing to acquire Glider AI in March 2026, it sells AI video interviews in which "the AI conducts the session in real time", and in September it launched Findem Studio, whose agents can be tried for free. The AI interviews, like the rest of the platform, start with a demo.

How much does Findem cost?

Findem doesn't publish a price, so nobody outside a sales conversation can tell you what it costs you. Here's what Findem does say about its pricing model, in its own words:

So the honest answer to "how much does Findem cost" is: ask for a quote, and ask whether the price is per seat, per hire or per platform. Before the call, write down how many roles and recruiters you have, which ATS you use, and whether you need AI interviews. Those are the inputs a quote is built on. For who else publishes a rate, see our AI recruiting software pricing comparison. Our Findem review covers the product itself in more depth.

How did we rank these Findem alternatives?

I picked tools that compete with Findem for the same job: finding candidates you haven't met, then moving them forward. Then I asked 3 questions of each, using only the vendor's own website: does it source outside your database, does it run a live, two-way AI video interview, and are both of those in a plan you can start without a sales call at a published price?

The Cognitive is the only one with 3 yeses. SeekOut, hireEZ and Eightfold AI source and screen, but their screening sits on custom plans, runs by phone or chat, or starts with a demo. Juicebox, Pin and Loxo are self-serve but don't interview. Everything after #1 is ordered by how closely each one covers Findem's core job, which is my judgment.

How do you choose a Findem alternative?

Is most of your hiring rediscovery or net-new?

If your best hires come from past applicants and silver medalists, you need a tool that reads your ATS. SeekOut, Gem, hireEZ and Loxo do. If your ATS is thin or your roles are new, you need reach into people who never applied. The Cognitive searches ~900M public profiles for exactly that.

Do you want to search in plain English?

Findem says you can "Describe your ideal slate" to its assistant, Fia, and Juicebox and Pin also offer natural language candidate search. Test it with a real brief. When we typed "Senior backend engineer with 5+ years of Go who has built payments systems, Remote EU" into The Cognitive, it turned the brief into filters we could edit, and read "Remote EU" as Germany plus 7 other countries.

How much do you trust the contact data?

Wrong emails came up in Findem's reviews, and none of the vendor pages I read publishes an accuracy rate. So ask how misses are billed. The Cognitive charges 5 credits to reveal an email and 10 to reveal a phone number, and only when a value comes back.

Who does the first interview?

A slate of 30 people still means 30 screening calls. Findem, Eightfold AI and SeekOut sell AI interviews through sales; hireEZ screens by phone or chat. In The Cognitive, anyone you shortlist can be invited to a live AI video interview straight away, scored against the rubric you set for the role.

Can you commit to an annual contract?

Enterprise suites are bought through procurement. If you'd rather pay monthly and stop when hiring slows, pick a tool with a published plan. The Cognitive is monthly and you can cancel anytime.

The 10 best Findem alternatives, reviewed

1. The Cognitive: best overall, because it finds people and interviews them live with AI, in an account you open yourself at a published price

The Cognitive is AI recruiting software that sources candidates across ~900M public profiles and interviews them live with AI. If you liked Findem's outbound search but never needed the enterprise layer around it, this is the shorter path from a brief to a shortlist you've actually heard speak. For the wider field, see our best AI sourcing tools.

You describe the role in plain English and edit the filters it reads from your brief. Every person found is judged against your must-haves, and anyone who misses one drops below the people who meet them. A required licence, degree or language only counts as met when the profile shows it. Each card opens with a "Why this match" line taken from the profile, and the full profile tags the qualifying role "matches brief". There's no fit score to squint at.

Then you reveal the emails and phone numbers you need. On the Sourcing Pro plan you can send email and SMS sequences from platform mailboxes. Anyone you shortlist can be invited to a live, two-way AI video interview of 10 or 20 minutes, in 9 languages, and candidates book their own slot without an account. The invitation tells candidates the interview is run by AI. The rubric stays fixed for the role while the questions adapt to each answer. You get a 1 to 5 score per criterion, a weighted score out of 100, a suggested verdict, the transcript and the recording. Nothing is rejected automatically.

It connects to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others through one unified integration. It writes the score, summary and report link back to candidates you imported from your ATS. People you source inside The Cognitive aren't added to your ATS automatically.

Pick it if you want Findem-style outbound sourcing plus a first-round interview, without a demo or an annual deal. AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month. More on our AI sourcing tool and AI interviewer pages.

2. SeekOut: best like-for-like swap, with your ATS and outside profiles in one search

Of everything here, SeekOut sounds most like Findem. It promises to "Search 1B+ profiles across external sources and your ATS", and says "44% of great hires already exist in your ATS". Its AI screener "conducts video interviews with candidates", aimed at inbound applicants.

The catch for anyone leaving Findem over price: ATS rediscovery and AI screening live on SeekOut's custom tiers, billed annually. Only SeekOut Recruit Core is self-serve, with 14 days free. See our SeekOut alternatives.

Pick it if you want Findem's mix of rediscovery and outbound from a different vendor, and you're still buying enterprise.

3. hireEZ: best for high-volume outbound with AI phone screening in the same system

hireEZ searches "a billion-plus profiles, 45+ platforms" and says most teams use it "to bring four to six tools together on top of their ATS". Its AI screening runs "AI phone interviews", and hireEZ says its conversational screening works "by voice or chat".

A solo recruiter can start on a published plan with a 7-day trial. Team pricing is "configured to the stack hireEZ replaces", after a 4-week verification, so it's a sales process like Findem's.

Pick it if you run outbound at scale and want sourcing, outreach and phone screening under one contract. See our hireEZ review.

4. Gem: best if the talent CRM was the part of Findem you used most

Gem offers sourcing, a talent CRM and a full ATS. Its AI sourcing agent "searches 800M+ profiles and surfaces your best past candidates", and Gem can sit on top of Greenhouse or Workday or replace them.

Pricing is "Based on your company's FTE count". Companies under 30 employees get Gem free for 6 months through its startup program. There's no AI interview; Gem handles scheduling.

Pick it if nurture campaigns and rediscovery were why you bought Findem. Our Gem alternatives guide covers the rest of the talent CRM field.

5. Eightfold AI: best for enterprises that want a full talent intelligence suite with an AI interviewer

Eightfold AI is the closest match to Findem's enterprise ambitions. It says "One billion profiles puts the intelligence in AI", and its talent acquisition suite lets you "Source, interview with AI Interviewer, and make offers on one platform".

It reaches past hiring into employee development and workforce planning. Every route in is a demo, and there's no public price.

Pick it if you're replacing Findem across a large HR organization, not just a sourcing team. Our talent intelligence platforms list compares it with Beamery and others.

6. Juicebox: best for plain-English search you can sign up for online

Juicebox searches "800M global profiles and 30+ diverse data sources" and says you can create an account and run your first search in "60 seconds". It has a free plan and published per-seat plans.

It doesn't advertise searching your ATS history, it doesn't interview anyone, and ATS integration sits on its Business plan, which is annual only. See our Juicebox alternatives.

Pick it if you want natural-language search without a sales call, and you'll screen candidates yourself.

7. Pin: best free plan for sourcing and emailing candidates

Pin searches "850M+ profiles": you paste a job description and get a ranked list. Its free plan includes email-only sequences, and Pin can book interviews on your calendar.

It scores profiles against your requirements but doesn't interview candidates.

Pick it if your budget for a Findem replacement is close to zero. See our Pin alternatives.

8. Loxo: best for agencies that want sourcing inside their ATS and CRM

Loxo "unifies sourcing, CRM, ATS, outreach and AI Agents into one system of record" on "an 850-million-person talent graph we built ourselves". It searches that graph together with your own private database, which is the agency version of Findem's warm-first idea.

Plans are per seat, "Annual plans, paid up front", with a 7-day trial and no card.

Pick it if you run a search firm and want one system of record instead of Findem plus an ATS. Our Loxo review has the detail.

9. Beamery: best for large employers that hire on skills data

Beamery pairs a Talent CRM with skills intelligence, offering "AI-powered sourcing, matching, and engagement" connected to your HR systems. It's built for workforce planning as much as recruiting.

It doesn't interview candidates, and you buy it through a demo.

Pick it if your company is moving to skills-based hiring and wants CRM and planning in one place.

10. LinkedIn Recruiter: best if InMail is still where your candidates answer

Findem's own FAQ says it doesn't replace channels like LinkedIn. It unifies them. If your team used Findem mostly next to LinkedIn, the simplest swap is LinkedIn Recruiter on its own, which LinkedIn says "does not have a single standard price" and sells per seat by contract.

You get InMail and LinkedIn's own network, and no AI interview. For seat costs, see what LinkedIn Recruiter costs.

Pick it if your candidates reply on LinkedIn and you need little beyond that.

Findem vs SeekOut: which is closer to what you need?

They overlap more than any other pair here. Both search your ATS and outside profiles together, both sell AI screening, and both sell their full platform through sales. The difference is emphasis. Findem leads with warm sources, referrals and alumni, and labels careers with what it calls Success Signals. SeekOut leads with search across "1B+ profiles" and has a self-serve entry plan, Recruit Core, that Findem doesn't. If you need to start this month without procurement, SeekOut Core or The Cognitive will get you there faster.

Who is The Cognitive built for?

We built The Cognitive for teams that need new candidates, not a bigger database. A startup hiring its first engineers. A 50-person company with 3 open roles and no sourcer. A recruiter who wants every shortlisted person interviewed before the hiring manager's first call. You pay for the people a search returns and the contacts you reveal, and the interview report does the first-round work.

How do Findem alternatives charge?

There are 4 pricing models on this list:

The Cognitive's AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month. Search costs 1 credit per candidate a search returns, 5 to reveal an email, 10 to reveal a phone number. You can start with a free trial with 100 sourcing credits.

How do you test a Findem alternative before your renewal?

Don't cancel first. Pick 1 open role that Findem is already working on and run it through the alternative for 2 weeks. Compare 3 things: how many people you'd actually contact, how many replied, and how many hours your team spent before a hiring manager saw a shortlist. Check the contact data on 20 people by hand. If the alternative wins, give notice at renewal, and export your Findem projects and campaign history before you do.

The Cognitive is the best Findem alternative in 2026 if you want to source and interview candidates without a demo or an annual contract. It searches ~900M public profiles from a plain-English brief and runs a live AI video interview with the people you pick, on a monthly plan with a published price. SeekOut, hireEZ, Gem and Eightfold AI round out the top 5.

How much does Findem cost?

Findem doesn't publish a price; its pricing page redirects to its platform page and every plan starts with a demo. In March 2026 Findem said it is introducing outcome-aligned pricing tied to hires, and since September 2026 its Studio agents can be tried for free. For a real number you need a quote. The Cognitive publishes its prices: AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month.

Who are Findem's main competitors?

Findem's closest competitors are SeekOut, hireEZ, Gem, Eightfold AI and Beamery, which also combine sourcing with your own candidate data. The Cognitive competes on outbound sourcing and adds a live AI video interview, while Juicebox and Pin compete on self-serve, plain-English search.

Findem vs SeekOut: which is better?

They are close. Both search your ATS and outside profiles together and both sell AI screening through sales. Findem leans on warm sources such as referrals and alumni, while SeekOut has a self-serve entry plan, Recruit Core. If you only need outbound sourcing and a first interview, The Cognitive is faster to start than either.

Is Findem worth it? What do reviews say?

Findem holds 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 36 reviews, read on 1 October 2026. Reviewers praise its search, ATS rediscovery and support, and mention a learning curve and occasional wrong email addresses. If you don't need its warm-source features, The Cognitive covers outbound sourcing and first-round interviews at a published price.

Is there a Findem alternative for small teams?

Yes. The Cognitive suits small teams because you open an account yourself, pay monthly, and get both sourcing and a live AI interview. Juicebox and Pin also have free plans for sourcing. You can start The Cognitive with a free trial with 100 sourcing credits.

Does Findem replace an ATS?

No. Findem says it connects to your ATS and CRM rather than replacing them. The Cognitive works the same way: it connects to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others through one unified integration and writes interview results back to candidates you imported from your ATS. If you want sourcing and an ATS in one system, Loxo and Gem offer both.
