Findem Review: What the People Intelligence Platform Does, and How It Is Priced
Findem is an AI people intelligence platform for hiring and workforce planning. It sources from your ATS, CRM, referrals and "more than 850 million candidate profiles", runs talent marketing, and sells AI video interviews and hiring agents. Findem publishes no price: it sells through a demo, with "outcome-aligned pricing tied to hires". G2 rates it 4.7 out of 5 from 36 reviews.
I run The Cognitive, which competes with Findem on sourcing and interviewing, so weigh this review with that in mind. Every Findem fact below was read on findem.ai and G2 on 4 October 2026. You won't find a Findem price figure here, because Findem doesn't publish one.

What is Findem?
Findem, Inc. is a San Francisco company led by co-founder and CEO Hari Kolam. Its homepage line is "Built to find what builds people", and its platform page calls Findem "The AI infrastructure for people-centric work". Underneath sits what Findem calls the 3D People Graph: career data on people and companies, ordered over time, "Built from over 100,000 data sources".
Many buyers still search for the Findem Talent Data Cloud. That was the name of Findem's October 2023 launch, which bundled sourcing, rediscovery, CRM, market intelligence and analytics. The current site sells the same core under product names instead:
- Talent Sourcing. One workflow across inbound, rediscovery, referrals, alumni and outside talent, run by an assistant called Fia.
- Talent Marketing. Findem's CRM, which it describes as "CRM, outreach, and engagement in one workflow", with Dynamic Talent Pools that update as people change jobs.
- AI interviews and assessments. AI Video Interviews, One-Way Video Interviews, Live Coding Interviews, AI proctoring and coding simulations.
- Hiring agents. Application Boost, Calibration, Screening, Scheduling, Assessment, ID Verify and Veteran Sourcing agents, several carrying the Glider AI name after Findem agreed to buy Glider in March 2026.
- Findem Studio. Launched 22 September 2026, it returns finished work such as "A succession plan. A market map. A benchmark. An intake.", and can be called through MCP from Claude or another AI client.
How does Findem work, step by step?
- 1. Calibrate the role. The Calibration Agent tests a rough job prompt against hiring patterns and market data before sourcing starts.
- 2. Search warm first. Fia "prioritizes warm talent pools, such as prior applicants, before expanding to new prospects", and shows which signals shaped each match.
- 3. Search by attributes. Rather than titles or keywords, you look for patterns such as a 0 to 1 build or scaling experience, drawn from career history over time.
- 4. Engage. Campaigns and Dynamic Talent Pools keep candidates warm, and the Application Boost Agent chases people who match but never finished applying.
- 5. Screen. AI Video Interviews ask "context-aware follow-ups based on what the candidate says" and return skill ratings, a fit score and a transcript, with ID verification and proctoring built in. The Screening Agent runs structured phone screens instead.
- 6. Hand back to the ATS. Findem sends "notes, tags, and attachments" back to your ATS record, and the Scheduling Agent books the human interviews that follow.
How much does Findem cost?
Findem does not publish its cost. There is no pricing page: findem.ai/pricing redirects to the platform page, and every sales button reads "Request a demo". G2 says the same: "Pricing details for this product isn't currently available."
What Findem does say is how it prices. When it announced the Glider AI deal on 19 March 2026, Findem said it "is also introducing outcome-aligned pricing tied to hires". Its homepage says of its hiring agents: "You pay for results, not clicks." Findem Studio agents can be tried for free.
So the honest answer to "how much does Findem cost" is a quote, sized in a sales process and linked at least partly to hires. Some third-party blogs print estimates. I don't repeat them, because Findem confirms none. Before you sign, ask what counts as a hire under the outcome model, which products sit outside it, and how many seats and how long a contract the quote assumes.
What do Findem reviews on G2 say?
Findem holds 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 36 reviews, read on 4 October 2026: 28 five-star, 7 four-star and 1 three-star. Most reviewers on the first page work at companies with more than 1,000 employees. G2's tagged pros are led by Search Functionality (5 mentions), Customer Support (4) and AI Features (4). The cons are thin and all about learning: Poor Usability, Learning Curve and Interface Confusion, 2 mentions each.
- Rediscovery is the most praised job. An enterprise TA operations lead called Findem "great for rediscovering existing candidates in our ATS".
- Account teams get named again and again. Several reviewers single out their CSMs.
- The learning curve is the common complaint. The same lead said it "isn't very intuitive for first-time users", and a program manager described "a learning curve with understanding the built in logic".
- Campaigns and contact data draw smaller complaints. One reviewer found campaigns "still a little clunky" in 2024, and a small-business user wrote in August 2026 that "Sometimes the email addresses are not accurate. But most of the time it works!"
Where does Findem not fit?
These limits come from Findem's own site and its G2 reviewers.
- You cannot see a price or open an account without a sales conversation. Only Studio agents have a free try.
- It assumes you already have history to mine. Much of the value is warm talent in your ATS, CRM and referral network, which a new team with little hiring past doesn't have yet.
- It takes time to learn. 4 of G2's top 10 tags are cons about usability, the learning curve or confusing screens.
- It is not an ATS. Findem says your ATS stays the system of record, so you still pay for one.
Who is Findem best for?
- Enterprise talent acquisition teams with years of candidates in Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or another ATS, who want them searched alongside outside talent.
- Teams that want sourcing, CRM, AI screening and analytics from one vendor and can run a demo-led buying process.
- Executive search firms. Findem sells a dedicated executive search product and Studio agents for pitches and market maps.
- HR and planning leaders who want succession plans, benchmarks and skills gap work from the same people data.
What are the best Findem alternatives?
| Tool | Best for | Pricing model | Price on website? |

The full side-by-side is in our Findem alternatives guide. G2 lists Gem, SeekOut and hireEZ as Findem's top-rated alternatives. Findem also sits in two of our category rankings: the best talent intelligence platforms, for its people data and workforce planning, and the best AI sourcing tools, for its search. Here is how each prices, read on their own sites on 4 October 2026:
Verdict: is Findem worth it?
- Verdict: a well-reviewed enterprise platform whose real edge is searching your own past candidates, referrals and alumni next to outside talent, then screening them with AI.
- Buy it if you hire at volume, your ATS is full of candidates nobody looks at, and you can sit through a sales cycle.
- Look elsewhere if you want a published monthly price, an account you can open today, or you are a small team with little hiring history.
- Before you commit, get the outcome-pricing terms in writing and test a search on a live requisition with your own ATS data.
Disclosure: who published this
The Cognitive publishes this review and competes with Findem. I kept every Findem claim to its own site and G2, and gave its strengths in its own words.
The Cognitive covers the outside half of the job. You describe the role in plain English, it searches ~900M public profiles, and it runs a live, two-way AI video interview of 10 or 20 minutes in 9 languages, scored 1 to 5 per criterion. It does not search your own ATS history, which is Findem's strongest ground. AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month.
There is a free trial with 100 sourcing credits.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Findem?
Findem is an AI people intelligence platform for hiring and workforce planning. It combines sourcing, a talent CRM, AI interviews, hiring agents and analytics on its own people data, which it calls the 3D People Graph.
How much does Findem cost?
Findem does not publish a price. It sells through a demo, and in March 2026 it introduced "outcome-aligned pricing tied to hires", so your cost is a quote. Studio agents can be tried for free.
Does Findem have a free trial?
Only for Findem Studio. Anyone can try a Studio agent for free; the sourcing, CRM and interview products are sold through a demo.
Is the Findem Talent Data Cloud still a product?
Not under that name. Talent Data Cloud was Findem's October 2023 launch; the same sourcing, CRM, market intelligence and analytics are now sold as separate products on one platform, built on the 3D People Graph.
Does Findem do AI interviews?
Yes. Findem sells AI Video Interviews that ask adaptive follow-up questions and return a scored report with a transcript. Its Screening Agent runs structured phone screens, and it also sells one-way video and live coding interviews.
What do Findem reviews say?
Findem reviews are strongly positive: 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 36 reviews on 4 October 2026. Users praise search, rediscovery and customer support, and the common complaint is a learning curve.
Does Findem replace an ATS?
No. Findem says it connects to your ATS and CRM, your ATS stays the system of record, and Findem sends notes, tags and attachments back to it.
Is Findem good for small teams?
Findem fits enterprise teams best. Pricing needs a sales call, and much of the value comes from hiring history a small team may not have yet. The Cognitive publishes monthly plans and runs outside search plus a live AI video interview.
What are the best alternatives to Findem?
The main Findem alternatives are Gem, SeekOut and hireEZ, which G2 lists as its top-rated alternatives, plus The Cognitive for self-serve sourcing with a live AI video interview. Our Findem alternatives guide compares 10 of them.
