AI Sourcing plans
Credit-based, and the whole rule is 3 numbers: 1 credit per person a search shows, 4 to reveal an email, 12 to reveal a phone number. Reveals are only charged when they succeed. Every plan bills monthly or yearly, and yearly is 17% off.

How do sourcing credits work?
Three charges: 1 credit per person a search shows, 4 credits to reveal an email and 12 to reveal a phone number. Reveals are charged only when a contact is found, and opening one you already revealed is free. Shortlisting, tags, importing to a role, sending to your ATS and exporting a CSV cost nothing.
Which sourcing plan includes phone numbers, outreach and ATS integration?
Phone numbers come with Pro, Max, Business and Enterprise. Outreach by email and SMS comes with Pro, Max, Team, Business and Enterprise. ATS integration comes with Max, Business and Enterprise. Starter and Growth cover search and email reveals.
What happens if I use all my interviews?
Top up from your plan page any time, from 5 to 500 interviews, and keep going. An interview already in progress is never cut off.
What do Team and Business plans add?
Seats and a shared workspace. Credits or interviews are granted per seat and pooled across the team, members get admin or member roles, and you get a usage report per member and one invoice. Team needs 3 seats minimum and Business 10, and both can be billed monthly or yearly at 17% off. Business adds ATS integration, dedicated onboarding and invoice or PO billing; on sourcing it also adds phone numbers.
Do interview credits and sourcing credits mix?
No. They are separate balances on separate products. An interview is 100 interview credits (20 minutes); sourcing plans carry sourcing credits. Neither can pay for the other, and you can buy either product on its own.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits do not: they refresh every month, on yearly plans too. Top-up credits do carry over from month to month while your plan renews, and lapse when it ends. Plan credits are always spent first.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. An upgrade applies at once and charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A move to a smaller plan is scheduled for the end of the period. Cancelling also takes effect at the end of the period, and you keep access until then.
Does it integrate with ATS systems?
Yes. The Cognitive connects to 60+ applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and Bullhorn; see /integrations. ATS integration (pull and write-back) comes with Sourcing Max, Interviews Pro and Max, Business and Enterprise.
What is Outreach?
Outreach lets you reach the people you sourced without leaving the platform: email and SMS sequences per role that stop when someone replies or opts out. It is included with Sourcing Pro, Max, Team, Business and Enterprise.

What is Included in Every Interview Plan
Live, two-way AI video interviews of 10 or 20 minutes in 9 languages, with a custom rubric per role and questions that adapt live. Every report carries a 1 to 5 score per criterion, overall written feedback, a weighted score out of 100, the transcript and the recording, plus up to 5 resume claims marked verified, refuted or unclear. Integrity flags are logged for review, not scored. Candidates book their own slot, and you can bulk invite. ATS integration comes with Interviews Pro, Max, Business and Enterprise.
What is Included in Every Sourcing Plan
AI candidate search from a plain-English brief across ~900M public profiles, and verified emails and phone numbers charged only when a value comes back. Sourced candidates move into an AI interview without an export, or go in a bulk invite. Custom credit volumes above 5,500/month are available on request.
Outreach (Pro)
Outreach comes with Sourcing Pro, Max, Team, Business and Enterprise: email and SMS sequences that run per role and go out from platform mailboxes. SMS goes to the US and Canada by default, and a reply or opt-out on either channel stops both channels.
