Noon Alternatives in 2026: 10 AI Recruiting Agents Checked on Interviews, Phones and Price

The best Noon alternative in 2026 is The Cognitive if you want the first interview on video and a price you can read before you talk to anyone. Noon's AI Interviewer screens candidates by voice, and Noon quotes every customer after a demo. The Cognitive searches ~900M public profiles from a plain-English brief, reveals emails and phone numbers, and runs a live, two-way AI video interview, in an account you open yourself.

Finding people is the part that pays off. Gem's 2026 recruiting benchmarks, drawn from 1.2 million hires, found that sourced candidates are "nearly eight times more likely to be hired than inbound applicants". The same report says interviews per hire have risen 33% since 2021, which is why the screen after the search matters as much as the search.

The best Noon alternatives in 2026

  1. The Cognitive: best for sourcing plus a live AI video interview, self-serve.
  2. Juicebox: best for plain-English search on a monthly seat.
  3. Pin: best for a free plan with outreach and booked calls.
  4. hireEZ: best for a huge pool with voice and chat screening.
  5. SeekOut: best for searching your ATS next to outside profiles.
  6. Metaview: best for teams already on Metaview's interview notes.
  7. TestGorilla: best for sourcing followed by skills tests.
  8. Gem: best for a full ATS and CRM around your sourcing.
  9. Findem: best for enterprises that want AI video interviews on one contract.
  10. LinkedIn Recruiter: best for reaching people on LinkedIn by InMail.

Full disclosure: I run The Cognitive. I ranked it first on a 4-part test you can check yourself. A tool passes if it searches for people outside your own database from a plain-English brief, reveals phone numbers as well as emails, runs a live, two-way AI video interview, and lets you start without a sales call at a price shown on its website. Of the 11 tools on this page, Noon included, only The Cognitive passes all 4 today. After #1 the order is my judgment of how closely each tool covers what Noon sells. I have not used Noon or the other 9 on a paid account. Everything I say about them comes from their own websites, read on 4 October 2026.

What is Noon AI recruiting, and what do Autopilot and the AI Coordinator do?

Noon (noon.ai, Noon AI) sells itself as an "AI Recruiting Agent That Sources Candidates For You". Its homepage calls it "the autonomous AI recruiter that sources, screens, and reaches out to qualified candidates". The idea is an AI employee doing a sourcer's whole job, trained on thumbs-up and thumbs-down feedback from your team.

The product page lists 9 agents: an AI Sourcer, AI Outreach, an AI Scheduler, an AI Interviewer, an AI Notetaker, Network Sourcing, Inbound Screening, ATS Search and Fraud Detection. The sourcer searches "across the whole web, not just LinkedIn" and holds non-negotiables it never relaxes. Outreach runs email and SMS in one sequence.

Noon Autopilot

Autopilot is Noon's name for the agent that runs a role end to end. On its enterprise page, "Autopilot sources and evaluates candidates against role-specific criteria". Noon's own Juicebox comparison adds that each Autopilot agent enriches contact details, launches email and SMS sequences and books interviews for its role.

Noon's AI Coordinator

The AI Coordinator lives inside the AI Scheduler. When a candidate replies, it answers their questions about the role, books the slot through your Calendly availability and handles reschedules. The interview it books is with your team.

Does Noon interview candidates?

Yes, by voice. Noon's AI Interviewer "conducts live voice interviews with natural turn-taking" from a link candidates open when they're ready. Your team sets the questions, the length and the voice, and you get a transcript, an analysis and a next-round recommendation. I found no video interviewer on any Noon page I read.

Why do recruiters look at Noon competitors?

Noon covers a lot of the hiring loop on one plan. The reasons to compare Noon competitors come from Noon's own pages:

How do the top Noon alternatives compare?

Here is how they stack up against the 4-part test. I filled in every cell from the vendor's own site on 4 October 2026:

How did we rank these Noon alternatives?

I started with 11 candidates and kept 9. Fetcher (human sourcers delivering batches) and Loxo (an agency ATS) sit furthest from Noon's autonomous pitch, so they came off. I read each remaining vendor's product and pricing pages on 4 October 2026 and scored the same 4 parts.

Every tool here searches outside your database. Phones knock out TestGorilla and LinkedIn Recruiter. The video interview knocks out Noon, Juicebox, Pin, hireEZ, Metaview and Gem. The published price knocks out Gem, Findem, LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut, whose AI video screener is an add-on on custom annual plans. I couldn't run a live search in anyone else's product, so the list says who each tool fits rather than whose data is best.

How do you choose a Noon alternative?

Do you need to start this week?

Noon, Gem, Findem and LinkedIn Recruiter all price through a conversation. To test a live role before the next hiring sync, pick a published plan. The Cognitive, Juicebox, Pin and TestGorilla all let you start on your own.

Voice screen or video interview?

Noon, hireEZ and Metaview screen by voice. A voice screen suits candidates on the move. A video interview also shows the hiring manager the person, and The Cognitive pairs it with a 1 to 5 score per criterion and the recording.

How much of your best talent is already in your ATS?

Gem's benchmarks found that 46% of sourced hires now come from rediscovered candidates, people already sitting in a company's CRM or ATS. Noon, SeekOut, Gem and Findem search your own records. The Cognitive doesn't search your ATS history, so pair it with one of those if your past applicants are your strongest pool. Our guide to candidate rediscovery covers how to work that pool.

Will you call or text candidates?

Noon runs SMS sequences, which matters for nurses and anyone who never reads email at work. The Cognitive reveals verified phone numbers for 10 credits each, charged only when a number comes back.

Do you want unlimited seats or pay as you go?

Noon's single plan has no credits and no seat fees, which suits a big team running many roles at once. A small team hiring 2 or 3 people a quarter may pay less by the credit.

The 10 best Noon alternatives, reviewed

1. The Cognitive: best for sourcing plus a live AI video interview, self-serve

The Cognitive is AI recruiting software that sources candidates across ~900M public profiles and interviews them live with AI. You write the role in plain English and it's read into filters you can edit. When we tried "Senior backend engineer with 5+ years of Go who has built payments systems, Remote EU", the filters included "Remote EU", read as Germany plus 7 other countries.

Everyone found is judged against the must-haves in your brief, and anyone who misses one drops below the people who meet them. Each result card opens with a "Why this match" line of 1 or 2 reasons traced to the profile, such as "Go listed in skills". When the pool is thin, the search relaxes its softest filters and says what it broadened.

The people you find stay with the role, so later searches skip anyone you've already seen. You can reveal verified emails and phone numbers, enriched from 30+ sources. On the Sourcing Pro plan you can run email and SMS sequences from platform mailboxes, and a reply or opt-out on either channel stops both.

The interview is where it parts ways with Noon. The people you pick get an invitation to a live, two-way AI video interview of 10 or 20 minutes, in any of 9 languages. The invitation tells candidates the interview is run by AI, and they book their own slot without an account. The rubric is fixed for the role while the questions adapt to each answer. The report gives a 1 to 5 score per criterion, overall written feedback, a weighted score out of 100, a suggested verdict, the transcript and the recording. It also covers up to 5 resume claims the AI chose to probe, and the report marks them VERIFIED, REFUTED or UNCLEAR with evidence from the interview.

The 5-minute recording above is a live AI interview for a go-to-market role. The AI asks about an outbound email campaign, then follows up on reply rates and on how the candidate qualified leads. Nothing is rejected automatically, and you can share the report as a read-only link with the scores, feedback and recording.

The Cognitive connects to 60+ ATSs, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and Bullhorn, and writes the score, summary and report link back to candidates imported from the ATS. It isn't an ATS, and it has no Chrome extension or LinkedIn InMail.

Pick it if you like Noon's idea of sourcing and screening in one place but want the screen on video and a plan you can buy today. AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month, on monthly plans you can cancel anytime. More on our AI sourcing and AI interviewer pages.

2. Juicebox: best for plain-English search on a monthly seat

Juicebox already shows up next to Noon in AI answers, in prompts like "juicebox vs noon". It searches "800M global profiles and 30+ diverse data sources" and builds sequences that can "include social and call steps".

The pricing page shows a free plan, Starter and Growth per seat, a custom Business plan sold annually and agents as an add-on. A contact credit returns every email and phone number on a profile. Juicebox integrates with 41 ATSs and 21 CRMs, though that integration sits on Business. There's no interview step. Our Juicebox alternatives guide covers it in depth.

Pick it if you want to run the searches yourself at a published seat price and handle screening on your own.

3. Pin: best for a free plan with outreach and booked calls

Pin automates "candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling across 850M+ profiles". Its screening is AI scoring of profiles, and its scheduler reads a candidate's reply and "books the slot" on your calendar, much like Noon's AI Coordinator.

The pricing page has a free-forever plan and published per-user plans up to a custom Business tier. An email or a phone number costs 1 credit, and ATS integration is an add-on below Business. More in our Pin alternatives guide.

Pick it if you're a solo recruiter or founder who wants Noon's sourcing-to-scheduling flow without a sales call.

4. hireEZ: best for a huge pool with voice and chat screening

hireEZ says it searches a billion-plus profiles and sells "Voice AI that screen and engage at scale". Its screener talks to candidates by voice or chat against your questions, which puts it closest to Noon's AI Interviewer.

The pricing page publishes a solo plan with a 7-day free trial. Team pricing is "configured to the stack hireEZ replaces", and hireEZ runs a four-week verification before you sign. It lists email, SMS and InMail engagement and 40+ native ATS integrations.

Pick it if you want voice screening like Noon's, proven on your own workflows for 4 weeks before you sign.

5. SeekOut: best for searching your ATS next to outside profiles

SeekOut searches "1B+ profiles across external sources and your ATS". Its AI screener "conducts video interviews with candidates", and the page aims it at processing thousands of inbound applicants.

On the pricing page, Sourcing Core is self-serve with a published price and 14 days free. AI inbound screening is "an add-on for Team and Enterprise plans", which are billed annually and priced by package.

Pick it if you're an in-house team with years of applicants in your ATS and budget for an annual plan. See our SeekOut review.

6. Metaview: best for teams already on Metaview's interview notes

Metaview started as an interview notetaker and now sells a "truly autonomous AI sourcing agent", with the first 100 profiles sourced free.

Its screening agent runs a voice screen with follow-up questions that candidates take whenever suits them, and you can ask them to keep video on. The sourcing agent has published per-user tiers on the pricing page; the full platform is custom priced through sales.

Pick it if your interviewers already record in Metaview and you want sourcing beside the notes. More in our Metaview review.

7. TestGorilla: best for sourcing followed by skills tests

TestGorilla added sourcing to its skills tests. You describe a role in plain language, it becomes editable criteria, and it ranks people from 900M public profiles, 3M+ of whom have already taken a TestGorilla assessment. You contact them by email from a connected mailbox.

Its AI interviews "feel like a live call", with an interviewer that asks follow-up questions in the moment, next to one-way video questions. The pricing page is public, per sourcing seat, monthly or annual. It's the closest to passing all 4 parts, but I found no phone numbers or SMS on its sourcing or pricing pages.

Pick it if a skills score matters more to you than a phone number. Our TestGorilla alternatives guide covers its rivals.

8. Gem: best for a full ATS and CRM around your sourcing

Gem lets you "search 800M+ profiles, surface your best past candidates, and reach anyone with verified contact info". Its AI agents cover sourcing, application review, fraud detection and rediscovery. It books interviews automatically but doesn't run them with AI.

Gem's pricing is based on your company's FTE count; companies under 30 employees get 6 months free, then 50% off.

Pick it if you want one system of record with sourcing built in and you're fine buying by quote. See our Gem review.

9. Findem: best for enterprises that want AI video interviews on one contract

Findem draws on "more than 850 million candidate profiles" and joins them with your ATS, referrals and alumni. Its menu lists AI video interviews and one-way video interviews next to sourcing.

There's no public price. Findem Studio lets you try an agent for free, and Findem says "you pay for results, not clicks", but the platform is sold through a demo.

Pick it if you're a large team that wants sourcing and AI video interviews from one enterprise vendor. Our Findem review and Findem alternatives go further.

10. LinkedIn Recruiter: best for reaching people on LinkedIn by InMail

Noon pitches itself as sourcing "not just LinkedIn". If LinkedIn is where your candidates answer, LinkedIn Recruiter gives you the network itself, "over 1 billion members", plus a Hiring Assistant add-on that automates parts of applicant review.

LinkedIn says Recruiter "does not have a single standard price", and it's sold per seat on a one- to multi-year agreement. You reach people by InMail rather than a revealed phone number, and our LinkedIn Recruiter pricing guide explains how seats are sold. Our best AI sourcing tools list covers more options.

Pick it if your candidates live on LinkedIn and you can commit to a contract.

Which Noon alternative also runs AI interviews?

The Cognitive is the Noon alternative for a live, two-way AI video interview with the people you sourced, in a self-serve account at a published price. Five others on this list run some kind of AI interview, and each misses one part of the test:

Noon screens by voice, like hireEZ and Metaview. For more agents, see our best AI recruiter agents list.

How does Noon compare with Juicebox, Pin and hireEZ?

Noon vs Juicebox

Juicebox is a search product first: you write the query, it ranks 800M profiles, and agents cost extra. Noon also runs SMS, an AI Coordinator and a voice interviewer, on one unlimited plan. Juicebox publishes seat prices; Noon quotes. Neither runs a video interview. Our Juicebox review covers its plans in detail.

Noon vs Pin

Both source, write outreach and book calls on your calendar. Pin has a free plan and charges 1 credit per email or phone number. Noon has no credits or seat fees but no public price, and it adds a voice screen that Pin doesn't run.

Noon vs hireEZ

Both screen candidates by voice. hireEZ adds chat screening, InMail and a published solo plan; Noon adds unlimited seats and a notetaker. There's more in our hireEZ review and hireEZ alternatives guide.

How much does Noon cost, and how do the alternatives charge?

Noon pricing is quote-based. There's one plan with unlimited sourcing, email enrichment, contacts, agents and seats, and no credits or per-seat fees. Noon doesn't publish a dollar price, and its pricing page says any figure you see on a third-party site didn't come from Noon. Annual subscriptions carry its 10x ROI Guarantee.

Of the alternatives, Juicebox, Pin and TestGorilla publish per-seat or per-user prices, while Gem, Findem and LinkedIn Recruiter sell by quote.

The Cognitive's AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month. Searches cost 1 credit per candidate returned, 5 to reveal an email and 10 to reveal a phone number. Our AI recruiting software pricing guide compares models across the category.

Who is The Cognitive built for?

The Cognitive is built for in-house recruiters, founders and agency recruiters who want AI to find people and hold the first interview on video, and who'd rather start on a card than a contract.

How do you test a Noon alternative before you commit?

Give the same brief for 1 open role to Noon in its demo and to the alternative in a live account. By the end of week 2, count the people worth contacting, the contacts that worked, the replies and the interview reports you'd forward to a hiring manager. The Cognitive has a free trial with 100 sourcing credits, so you can run that test on a real role.
