Recruit CRM Review: The Agency ATS and CRM, Its AI Agents and Pricing Model
Recruit CRM is an ATS and CRM built for recruitment agencies, with AI sourcing, a Chrome sourcing extension, outreach sequences, timesheets and AI agents that format resumes and write candidate submissions. It publishes per-user monthly prices for 3 plans and offers a 30-day free trial. G2 rates it 4.8 out of 5 from 128 reviews.
I run The Cognitive, which overlaps with Recruit CRM on sourcing and outreach, so weigh this review with that in mind. Every Recruit CRM fact below was read on recruitcrm.io, G2 and Capterra on 4 October 2026. I have not used Recruit CRM on a paid account.

What is Recruit CRM?
Recruit CRM (often typed as "recruitcrm") calls itself an "AI First ATS + CRM built for recruitment agencies". It is made by Workforce Cloud Tech, Inc. of Norwood, New Jersey, and its homepage says agency recruiters use it in more than 100 countries. The pitch is one system for candidates, clients, jobs, placements and, for contract desks, timesheets and invoices.
The ATS and the CRM are the same database. A candidate record, a client contact and a deal pipeline for business development all sit side by side, and the site says the whole thing is fully customizable. Around that core it sells:
- ATS + CRM. Kanban hiring pipelines, a deal pipeline, an integrated mailbox, phone calling with call recording, reporting and job board posting.
- AI Sourcing and the Chrome extension. Plain-English searches across LinkedIn and the web, plus a Chrome extension that captures profiles from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Xing, Indeed, Gmail and Outlook.
- AI agents. 4 named agents parse custom fields from resumes, build candidate submission lists, format resumes into branded PDFs and draft candidate pitch emails.
- Timesheets. A Bill & Pay module with contractor and client portals, a pay and bill rule engine and automatic invoices. Recruit CRM says it is not a full payroll system.
- Recruit Craft. A website builder for career pages and candidate portals that feed applications into the CRM.
- Recruit CRM MCP. A remote MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants query your Recruit CRM data, on the Business and Enterprise plans.
- Self Updating Profiles. Job change alerts that flag when a candidate joins a company you pitched them to, so you can catch backdoor hires.
How does the Recruit CRM recruitment process work, step by step?
This is the agency workflow as Recruit CRM's own pages describe it, from a new account to an invoice.
- 1. Bring your data in. The built-in Excel and CSV import is free. A paid migration team moves a full database, priced on data volume, in 10 to 14 business days.
- 2. Source. Run AI Sourcing in plain English for up to 10 enriched profiles per search, capture profiles with the Chrome extension, or Boolean-search your own database with a location radius.
- 3. Parse and match. The resume parser and the Custom Field Parsing Agent fill the record, and AI Candidate Matching suggests people for a job. Matching limits rise from Pro to Business.
- 4. Reach out. Email sequences run on every plan (1 sequence on Pro), bulk texting arrives on Business, and LinkedIn messaging sits in Enterprise or as a paid add-on.
- 5. Submit to the client. The Candidate Submission Agent builds the shortlist email, the Resume/CV Formatting Agent produces branded resumes, and Business adds an Executive Search Report Generator.
- 6. Track the placement. Candidates move across a Kanban pipeline, and job change alerts warn you when a pitched candidate turns up at the client.
- 7. Bill. On contract desks, contractors submit timesheets in a portal, clients approve them in theirs, and approved time turns into invoices.
Recruit CRM pricing: how is it priced in 2026?
Recruit CRM publishes its prices. The pricing page shows a per-user monthly figure for each of 3 plans: Pro, Business and Enterprise. You can pay monthly or annually, and annual billing saves "up to 20%". I read the figures in Canadian dollars from my location, and G2 lists US dollar starting prices, so check recruitcrm.io/pricing for your currency. I have left the numbers out on purpose.
Pro is the starting kit: the Chrome extension, AI resume parsing, AI sourcing, job posting, calling and 1 email sequence. Business adds automated sequencing, bulk texting, resume formatting, the Executive Search Report Generator, SSO and the MCP server. Enterprise bundles every add-on "in 1 price", with monthly allowances of 1,000 automation tasks, 10 multiposted jobs and 500 enrichment credits per user.
On Pro and Business those enterprise features are billed separately. Workflow automation, job multiposting, data enrichment, LinkedIn messages, advanced analytics and Recruit Craft each carry their own price, and LinkedIn messages and analytics are charged for every user on the account. Every plan gets 25 free enrichment credits.
The free options are a 30-day free trial, where Recruit CRM says usage limits may apply, and a free sourcing tool that anyone can use without an account: 3 searches a day, 10 profiles each, and 5 email and 5 phone credits a month. Its FAQ says you can cancel anytime and export your data.
What do Recruit CRM reviews on G2 and Capterra say?
Recruit CRM holds 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from 128 reviews, read on 4 October 2026: 117 five-star, 7 four-star, 1 three-star and 3 one-star. Capterra shows 4.9 from 476 reviews, with 4.8 for ease of use and 4.9 for customer service. G2's tags put Ease of Use (6 mentions) and Customer Support (5) first, then Integrations, Customizability and Automation (4 each).
G2's own summary credits responsive support and a customizable but intuitive interface, and adds that several reviewers want better reporting and data enrichment. The tagged cons are Missing Features (4), Expensive (3) and Email Functionality Issues (3).
- Support is the most praised thing. Reviewers name individual support staff, and a 4-year customer credits the team with helping them keep their data through a hard period.
- Setup takes work. A Director of Search rated it 4 out of 5 in September 2026 and said workflows are hard to set up; others say the sheer amount of customization takes a while.
- The interface splits opinion. Most reviewers call it intuitive, but one user said they still struggle to find some pages after a year.
- Enrichment is the weak spot. One reviewer on the enrichment add-on found phone numbers inaccurate or missing for many profiles.
- Price comes up from small teams. One reviewer called the licences costly and asked for a cheaper tier.
Where does Recruit CRM not fit?
These limits come from Recruit CRM's own site and its G2 reviewers.
- It does not interview anyone. The AI agents handle paperwork and outreach, and first screens come from partners such as Honeit, Introvy and CallPilot or from your own recruiters.
- The cheapest plan is thin on outreach. Pro allows 1 email sequence, and bulk texting starts on Business.
- Contact data costs extra below Enterprise. Enrichment is an add-on on Pro and Business beyond 25 free credits, and reviewers question its phone accuracy.
- Per-user add-ons stack up. LinkedIn messages and advanced analytics are billed on your total user count, not just the people who use them.
- It is not payroll. Timesheets calculate pay and bill, but tax and payments go to your payroll provider.
Who is Recruit CRM for?
- Small and mid-sized recruitment agencies that want ATS, CRM and business development in one database, paid monthly.
- Contract staffing firms that want timesheets, client approvals and invoices next to the placement record.
- Executive search desks that send formatted shortlists and search reports to clients.
- Teams that want to work their data from Claude or ChatGPT through MCP, on Business or Enterprise.
- In-house and freelance recruiters, whom Recruit CRM also names as users, though the product is built around agencies.

Verdict: is Recruit CRM worth it?
- Verdict: a very well reviewed agency ATS and CRM with published monthly pricing, practical AI agents for submissions and formatting, and timesheets for contract desks. It leaves the first interview to partners or to you.
- Buy it if you run a perm, contract or search agency, want to pay month to month, and value support that reviewers keep naming.
- Look elsewhere if you need AI-run first interviews built in, or if you need dependable phone numbers without paying for Enterprise or the enrichment add-on.
- To evaluate Recruit CRM on recruitment ROI, use the 30-day trial on one live job: count the hours the submission and formatting agents save, and how many enriched contacts actually connect.
Disclosure: who published this
The Cognitive publishes this review. We overlap with Recruit CRM on sourcing and outreach: we search ~900M public profiles from a plain-English brief, verified emails and phone numbers can be revealed, and email and SMS sequences come with the Sourcing Pro plan. We are not an ATS or a CRM, so we do not replace Recruit CRM's system of record.
Recruit CRM is not one of our 60+ ATS integrations. A Recruit CRM agency can still upload candidates by CSV and share results through a read-only report link, which carries scores, written feedback and the recording. What we add is a live, two-way AI video interview of 10 or 20 minutes in 9 languages, scored 1 to 5 per criterion. AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month.
There is a free trial with 100 sourcing credits.
