AI Recruitment Platforms in 2026: The 10 Best for Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing
By Sparsh Goyal, Founder at The Cognitive. Published · Last updated
- Top picks: The Cognitive for finding and interviewing people who never applied, Eightfold AI and Phenom for enterprises buying through sales, Workable for an all-in-one ATS.
- The Cognitive is the only platform on this list that both sources candidates and runs a live AI video interview on them without a sales call.
- Pick Workable, Gem or Ashby if you need a full ATS, Manatal, Loxo or Recruiterflow if you run an agency desk, or Eightfold AI and Phenom if you are a large enterprise buying through sales.
- I run The Cognitive. The other 9 are judged from their own websites and public reviews, read on 30 September 2026.
The Cognitive is the best AI recruitment platform in 2026 if your hard roles are filled by people who never applied. It finds them across ~900M public profiles, checks each one against your brief, and then interviews the ones you pick, live, with AI. Your team starts the week with interviewed candidates instead of a pile of applications.
And that pile keeps growing. Recruiters now get 291 applications for every hire, up from about 100 in early 2021, according to Ashby's 2026 Talent Trends Report. If you are new to the category: an AI recruiting platform, also sold as AI recruiting software, AI recruitment software or AI hiring software, uses AI to run more than one hiring stage in one place, usually some mix of finding, contacting, screening and interviewing candidates.
Top 10 AI recruiting platforms in 2026 at a glance
- The Cognitive: best overall, because AI finds and interviews candidates in one self-serve account.
- Eightfold AI: best for large enterprises buying talent intelligence through sales.
- Phenom: best for enterprises that want AI voice screening.
- Workable: best if you need an all-in-one ATS.
- Loxo: best if you want sourcing inside an agency ATS.
- Manatal: best for small agencies that want job-board reach and a client CRM.
- Gem: best if you want a recruiting CRM for an in-house team.
- Pin: best free plan to start.
- Ashby: best if you want an ATS with deep analytics.
- Recruiterflow: best if you run an executive search firm.
Full disclosure: I run The Cognitive. It ranks first because it is the only platform here where AI does all 4 hiring jobs and you can see the price and start today. The rule is explained below. I have not used the other 9 on a paid account. What I say about them comes from their own websites and public reviews, read on 30 September 2026.
How do the top AI recruiting platforms compare?
G2 lists 526 products in its AI Recruiting category. Vendors call them AI recruiters, AI recruiter agents, AI hiring platforms, AI hiring tools or just AI recruiting tools, but they come in 3 kinds:
- An ATS with AI agents inside. Workable, Gem, Ashby, Loxo, Manatal and Recruiterflow hold your jobs and applicants. ATS means applicant tracking system.
- Enterprise suites that sit beside your ATS. Eightfold AI and Phenom.
- AI-first layers. The Cognitive and Pin find people who never applied and move them forward.
Here is how they stack up. I filled in every cell of this AI recruiting platform comparison from the vendor's own site on 30 September 2026:
| Platform | Best for | AI does (of 4 jobs) | Live AI interview | Price on website? | Native stages (of 7) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Cognitive | Finding and interviewing people who never applied | 4 | Two-way video | Yes, plans and credits | 3 |
| Eightfold AI | Enterprise talent intelligence | 4 | Yes | No, quote | 5 |
| Phenom | Enterprise screening and scheduling | 3.5 | Voice | No, quote | 5 |
| Workable | All-in-one ATS, small to mid-sized | 3 | No (video add-on) | Yes, plan plus credits | 6 |
| Loxo | Sourcing inside an agency ATS | 3 | No (notetaker) | Yes, per user | 5 |
| Manatal | Small agencies and HR teams | 3 | Recorded, one-way | Yes, per user | 4 |
| Gem | In-house teams wanting one dataset | 3 | No | Partly, per seat | 6 |
| Pin | A free start | 2.5 | No | Yes, free plan | 3 |
| Ashby | Startups and mid-market | 2.5 | No (notetaker) | Partly, by company size | 5 |
| Recruiterflow | Executive search firms | 2.5 | No (notetaker) | Partly, per user | 4 |
"AI does" counts 4 jobs: sourcing judged against the role, outreach, a live AI interview and a scored result. The 7 stages are sourcing, outreach, screening, live interview, scheduling, ATS and analytics.
How we ranked these 10
We started with 20 platforms. Most came from 9 published ranking lists: Qureos, GoPerfect, Gem, Lever, Truffle, Metaview, Juicebox, Recruiterflow and Bullhorn. We added Phenom and Pin, which those lists miss but which cover 3 or more stages, plus HeyMilo and The Cognitive.
To qualify, a product had to cover at least 3 of the 7 stages natively, going by its own website. One of them had to be sourcing or outreach, so it can reach people who have not applied.
The order comes from 3 tests, each one breaking ties left by the one before. First comes the "AI does" score. Second is price: fully published and self-serve beats partly published, which beats quote only. Third is the number of native stages.
A job earns 1 point when it is native and half a point when it is a narrower version. Narrower means sourcing limited to your own database or a browser extension, outreach without sequences, a recorded one-way AI interview, or a match summary instead of a score. A video add-on, a notetaker or an announced AI interviewer earns nothing.
The Cognitive comes out on top. AI does all 4 jobs in it, the price is on the website, and you can sign up on your own the same day. Eightfold AI is the only other platform where AI covers all 4 jobs, but you can't see a price or get in without a sales process. Paradox came 11th, with an AI score of 2, quote-only pricing and 4 native stages. SeekOut, Findem and Juicebox are sourcing-led, so they sit in our best AI sourcing tools list.
How do you choose an AI recruiting platform?
Is your bottleneck finding people or sorting applicants?
Recruiters handle 93% more applications than in 2021, Gem's 2026 benchmarks found. Yet sourced candidates are nearly 8 times more likely to be hired than inbound ones. If your inbox is the problem, look at AI hiring software built for candidate screening, such as Workable's agent, Paradox or HeyMilo. If the people you need are not in the inbox at all, that is what The Cognitive is for: it searches ~900M public profiles for people who have not applied.
Do you want a new system of record, or a layer on the one you have?
Replacing an ATS is slow. Recruiterflow says its white-glove migration usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, and G2 users put HireVue's rollout at 3 months. If your ATS works, keep it and add a layer. The Cognitive is that kind of layer. It connects to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others through one integration. Our comparison of AI ATS platforms and AI recruitment software explains when each choice fits.
Does the AI actually interview, or only take notes?
Only 3 of the 10 run a live AI interview natively: The Cognitive, Phenom and Eightfold AI. Manatal's is recorded and one-way. Ashby, Loxo and Recruiterflow record human calls with a notetaker. The Cognitive's interview is a live, two-way video conversation of 10 or 20 minutes, scored against the rubric you set. If the agent side matters most, our ranking of AI recruiting agents tests which ones source and interview.
What gets written back to your ATS?
G2's summary of AI recruiting reviews says weak integrations mean "manual checks, syncing delays, or extra setup effort that can slow adoption." HeyMilo syncs its reports to your ATS, and Phenom syncs scheduling to "your existing system of record". Ask each vendor which records sync, and for which candidates. The Cognitive writes a note with the score, summary and report link back to the record, for candidates it imported from your ATS.
Does the AI decide anything, or only run a rule?
Plenty of "AI" here is a template or a filter you could have written yourself. Ask the vendor to show the moment its AI changes course on new information, such as a sharper follow-up after a thin answer. The Cognitive's interviewer picks each follow-up from the answer it just heard.
How do you run a fair trial?
Name the stage that costs you the most hours. Pick 2 platforms from the table that cover it natively and run your hardest open role through both. Then count 3 things: people you would contact, interviews completed and recruiter hours saved. The Cognitive has a free trial, so you can put that role through it before you pay.
The 10 best AI recruiting platforms of 2026, reviewed
1. The Cognitive: best overall, because AI finds and interviews candidates in one self-serve account
The Cognitive scores 4 of 4. It is the only platform on this list that interviews the people it sourced, live, from a self-serve account with published prices.
It is built around the first two jobs of any search: finding the right people and talking to them. You write the brief the way you would say it to a colleague, and the app turns it into filters you can edit. We tried "Senior backend engineer with 5+ years of Go who has built payments systems, Remote EU". It came back as title, seniority, skill and location filters, and "Remote EU" became Germany plus 7 other countries.
Sourcing is strict. Hard requirements, places and named employers are never relaxed. If a profile cannot show a requirement either way, that person is ranked lower rather than hidden, so you can ask on the call. A required licence, degree or language only counts as met when the profile shows it. A search costs 1 credit per person it shows you, 5 to reveal an email and 10 to reveal a phone number.
The live interview is the part most platforms here lack. Candidates book their own slot, and the invitation tells them the interview is run by AI. The rubric stays fixed for the role, but the questions are decided live, so a vague answer gets a sharper follow-up. Each criterion is scored 1 to 5 and rolled into a weighted score out of 100 with a suggested verdict.
The recording above is a 5-minute live AI interview for a go-to-market role. The AI asks about an outbound email campaign, then follows up on reply rates and on how leads were qualified.
Outreach by email and SMS comes with the Sourcing Pro plan. Nobody is rejected automatically; a recruiter makes every call.
Pick it if your hardest roles are filled by people who have not applied, and you want them interviewed before you spend an hour on them. AI Sourcing starts at $49/month and AI Interview at $99/month, both self-serve.

Who is The Cognitive built for?
It's for teams whose hardest roles are filled by people who aren't applying. You want to talk only to the ones who can actually do the job. Most of them keep the rest of their stack and add The Cognitive at the front of the funnel:
- Keep your ATS. Workable, Gem or Ashby still posts jobs, handles offers and runs reports. The Cognitive connects to it and writes its interview notes back to candidates it imported from there.
- Agencies keep their agency ATS. Loxo, Manatal or Recruiterflow holds clients and fees. The Cognitive finds and interviews the people you submit.
- Hiring hourly staff by text? A phone or SMS screener like HeyMilo fits that job better. The Cognitive is built for roles where a live video conversation tells you more.
2. Eightfold AI: best for large enterprises buying talent intelligence through sales
Eightfold AI is the enterprise option, with sourcing through to an AI interview in one suite, bought through sales. Its recruiting product promises to "Source, interview with AI Interviewer, and make offers on one platform." The AI Interviewer "conducts adaptive interviews" in "24+ languages". There is no pricing page, so the way in is a demo.
One thing to know before you buy. In January 2026, job seekers filed a class-action suit against Eightfold, Fortune reported. It alleges Eightfold broke the Fair Credit Reporting Act and a similar California law by not letting applicants see and correct information about them. Eightfold told Fortune it "believes the allegations are without merit."
Pick it if you are a large enterprise adding AI sourcing, interviews and internal mobility, and you are happy to buy through a sales process. Our talent intelligence platforms list compares it with its closest peers.
3. Phenom: best for enterprises that want AI voice screening
Phenom scores 3.5 of 4. It puts screening, a voice AI interview and scheduling in one workflow on top of your ATS. Its Voice Screening Agent "scores each answer 1 to 5 against rubrics your team defined", and its AI Interviewer "holds a real-time voice conversation that adapts to the candidate's answers". You get "a transcript, scores, and a summary".
Phenom bought the assessment firm Plum in April 2026. Sourcing runs through its Talent CRM rather than an outside profile database, which is why it gets half a point there. The interview is voice only, and the price comes through a "Pricing & RFP Requests" form.
Pick it if you are a large employer keeping your ATS and applicants pile up faster than recruiters can call them. Our enterprise recruiting software guide covers the suites it would sit beside.
4. Workable: best if you need an all-in-one ATS
Workable scores 3 of 4: 6 native stages and a published price, but no AI interview. Workable says "An AI agent sources, screens and engages candidates inside the Workable ATS." The agent "Evaluates every inbound candidate against up to 14 job criteria, then messages them directly". Scheduling, offers and reporting sit around it.
The agent runs on AI credits, which suits uneven hiring, but credits expire after a year. The catch is on its pricing page: "Free trial does not include Workable Agent". Its video interviews are an add-on, not an AI interviewer.
Pick it if you are a small or mid-sized company replacing your ATS and want the AI inside it.
5. Loxo: best if you want sourcing inside an agency ATS
Loxo scores 3 of 4. Loxo "unifies sourcing, CRM, ATS, outreach and AI Agents into one system of record". It runs on "an 850-million-person talent graph we built ourselves", with a sales CRM for business development.
The gap is everything after the shortlist. Loxo's pricing page marks scheduling "Coming soon", and its interview tool is a call notetaker. Its own line draws the limit: "Autonomous through the shortlist. Never through the decision." Pricing is per user, billed annually, plus agent credits.
Pick it if you run a direct hire, search or staffing firm and want sourcing and the ATS in one place. Our Loxo review covers its plans and AI agents.
6. Manatal: best for small agencies that want job-board reach and a client CRM
Manatal scores 3 of 4. Manatal is "Tailored for HR teams, recruitment agencies, and headhunters." It posts to "2,500+ job boards" and tracks "commercial activity, clients, placements, and revenue". Prices are per user per month and published.
Its AI Interviewer, launched in January 2026, asks candidates to "record their responses at their convenience". That scales, but nobody follows up when an answer is vague, and it costs extra.
Pick it if you run a small agency and want job posting, a client CRM and a visible price in one tool. If you have outgrown it, see our Manatal alternatives.
7. Gem: best if you want a recruiting CRM for an in-house team
Gem scores 3 of 4, with one dataset from sourcing to offer and no interview stage of its own. Gem "combines ATS, CRM, sourcing, scheduling, fraud detection, and pipeline analytics into a connected system". Its agents draw on "a company's full ATS and CRM history", and Gem says its ATS fits "growing teams with up to a few thousand employees".
Interviewing in Gem means scheduling plus scorecards for human interviewers. AI features need the AI-Powered seat rather than the Standard one. Many teams pair it with an AI interviewer such as The Cognitive or Phenom.
Pick it if you are an in-house team that keeps re-finding the same people and wants sourcing, CRM and ATS together. More in our Gem recruiting CRM review.
8. Pin: best free plan to start
Pin scores 2.5 of 4. Pin sources "across 850M+ profiles", runs outreach into "one unified inbox", and "books meetings automatically". You can start all of that without paying. It gives a match summary rather than a scored result, and ATS integration is a paid add-on.
There is one platform risk. Pin's CEO posted in September 2026 that "Pin's page and my profile are no longer on LinkedIn". Pin says "The product is fully operational."
Pick it if you are a solo recruiter or a small desk and want to start for free.
9. Ashby: best if you want an ATS with deep analytics
Ashby scores 2.5 of 4. It is a feature-rich ATS where the AI helps recruiters more than it replaces steps. Ashby's pricing grid lists every feature by plan, from InMail sequences to "AI Assisted Application Review" and direct-booking scheduling. Sourcing is a Chrome extension plus email lookups, which earns half a point.
Interviews get a paid AI Notetaker. In May 2026 Ashby announced an AI Interviewer after buying Talent Llama, and described it as still being built. The entry plan price is published; the rest are by quote.
Pick it if you are a team of up to about 1,000 people that lives on recruiting reports.
10. Recruiterflow: best if you run an executive search firm
Recruiterflow scores 2.5 of 4. Recruiterflow is an "AI-Native ATS & CRM for Executive Search, Recruiting & Staffing Agencies". It runs "Email, LinkedIn, phone, and SMS in one orchestrated flow", and its AIRA agents add outside sourcing and matching.
The AIRA agents sit on a custom-priced plan, while the Platform plan is priced per user on the site. There is no AI interview, only a notetaker. White-glove migration is paid; self-serve import is free.
Pick it if you run business development and delivery for a search firm in one system. Our Recruiterflow alternatives roundup lists other search-firm options.
Also considered: Paradox, HireVue and HeyMilo
Paradox runs frontline hiring from text-to-apply to onboarding in one conversation. Workday completed its acquisition on 1 October 2025. It does no outbound sourcing.
HireVue is not ranked because it neither sources nor reaches out to candidates. On its AI Interviewer, "AI agents ask and record candidate responses, including probing follow-up questions, in a natural two-way conversation." It adds assessments and claims "Annual independent audits".
HeyMilo is "The AI Recruiter for teams swamped by applications", screening by "voice, video, SMS, and forms". It has no external profile database and no public price. HireVue vs HeyMilo comes down to the buyer: HireVue for enterprise procurement and validated assessments, HeyMilo for hourly volume screened by text or phone.
Which AI recruiting platform fits your team?
Talent acquisition teams
Recruiters juggle 13.4 open roles at a time, Gem's benchmarks found. If you keep your ATS and need hard roles filled faster, The Cognitive sources the people and runs the first interview. If you want to replace your ATS with one system of record, Gem is the stronger fit. See our talent acquisition software guide.
Best AI recruiting platforms for mid-sized companies
Workable, Gem or Ashby can replace the ATS; Ashby's growth tier covers 101 to 1,000 employees. If only one stage is leaking, fix that stage instead. The Cognitive covers sourcing and first interviews, and Phenom covers screening.
Small agencies
Manatal, Loxo and Recruiterflow pair the ATS with a client CRM, and Pin's free plan suits a solo desk. More in recruitment software for agencies.
AI recruiting software for enterprises
Eightfold AI or Phenom, or HireVue if validated assessments decide the deal.
Frontline hiring
Paradox runs apply-to-onboard by text, and HeyMilo screens by SMS, phone or video at any hour. Our list of AI recruiting chatbots covers more text-first tools.
What are the best AI recruiting tools for each hiring stage?
Most AI recruiting tools are strongest at one stage, so some teams buy stage by stage. My picks, sourcing first, with vendors outside the ranking read on their own sites on 4 October 2026:
- Sourcing (AI candidate sourcing software): The Cognitive searches ~900M public profiles from a plain-English brief. Outside this ranking, Juicebox states 800M profiles from 30+ data sources, and SeekOut states 1B+ profiles plus your ATS. Our best AI sourcing tools list compares them in depth.
- Outreach: The Cognitive sends email and SMS sequences on its Sourcing Pro plan. Recruiterflow runs email, LinkedIn, phone and SMS in one flow, and Pin collects replies in one inbox.
- Screening applicants: Workable's agent checks every inbound candidate against up to 14 job criteria. Paradox screens and schedules over text, and hireEZ sells voice AI screening on top of your ATS.
- Live AI interview: The Cognitive on two-way video, Phenom on voice, and Eightfold AI. HireVue is the enterprise option outside the ranking.
- Interview notes: Ashby, Loxo and Recruiterflow sell notetakers. Metaview, "the Agentic Recruiting Platform", turns every interview into data you can query.
- System of record: Workable, Gem and Ashby. Greenhouse sells structured hiring and lists talent sourcing and voice AI on its homepage.
Every extra tool adds a hand-off and a second candidate record. For a team of 1 or 2 recruiters, one tool covering 2 stages usually beats 2 tools covering 1 each.
How much do AI recruiting platforms cost, and which are cheapest to start?
Of the 13 platforms on this page, 8 publish at least part of their pricing. They charge in 4 ways:
- Per seat: Gem, Loxo, Recruiterflow, Manatal, Pin.
- By company size: Ashby, Workable.
- Credits for AI actions or lookups: Workable, Loxo, Pin, The Cognitive.
- Quote only: Eightfold AI, Phenom, Paradox, HireVue, HeyMilo.
If you want affordable AI recruiting tools, start with the ones that show a price and let you try before you pay. Pin is the cheapest start, as the only one with a free plan. Free trials run 14 days at Manatal, 15 days at Workable (without its agent) and 7 days at Loxo. The Cognitive has a free trial too, then AI Sourcing from $49/month and AI Interview from $99/month.
Credits suit uneven hiring but add up at volume, while seats suit steady teams. One Gem reviewer on G2 found pricing "a little high for smaller recruiting teams, especially with heavy use of email/contact credits." More rates are in our AI-powered recruiting software pricing guide, and the tools with public prices are in our list of affordable AI recruiting tools.
What do users say about AI recruiting platforms?
Adoption is broad: 43% of HR professionals use AI in their work, most of them for recruiting, according to SHRM. G2 ratings show where users are happy and where they are not:
- Gem: 4.7 from 309 reviews, praised for ease of use, with a learning curve.
- Ashby: 4.7 from 196, praised for ease of use.
- Recruiterflow: 4.6 from 206, praised for ease of use.
- Eightfold AI: 4.2 from 227, with "Slow Performance" tagged 15 times.
- HireVue: 4.1 from 255; it "can feel impersonal during one-way video interviews".
- HeyMilo AI: 4.8 from 24, all visible reviews invited; the AI "has cut off candidates speaking".
Many G2 reviews are invited or incentivized, so read them as signals. On r/recruiting, 4 themes keep coming back:
- Replies beat profiles. "The bottleneck has never been finding profiles," wrote a veteran recruiter.
- Admin relief wins. Only transcript-and-resume summaries made a difference, said the top answer on cost: "Everything else is just dust in the wind."
- AI interviews split opinion. AI video screening "makes candidates feel really 'used'", said a top reply. Another recruiter "loved hirevue" for entry-level sales.
- Tech spend creeps. An agency owner saw "monthly tech spend ... through the roof" for a "negligible" gain.
My read: recruiters like AI that takes admin off their plate and push back on AI that treats candidates badly. That is why our invitation tells candidates up front that the interview is run by AI, they pick their own slot, and the AI follows up on what they actually said. Buy for one outcome you can measure, and sit through the candidate experience yourself before rollout.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an AI recruiting platform?
An AI recruiting platform is software that uses AI to run more than one hiring stage in one system, usually some mix of finding, contacting, screening and interviewing candidates. Vendors also call them AI recruiters or AI recruiting agents. Some are an applicant tracking system (ATS) with AI agents inside, like Workable and Gem. Others work beside your ATS. The Cognitive is the strongest of those for most teams, because it finds candidates who never applied and interviews them live with AI. Eightfold AI and Phenom do similar work for large enterprises buying through sales.
What are the top 10 AI recruiting platforms in 2026?
The top 10 AI recruiting platforms in 2026 are The Cognitive, Eightfold AI, Phenom, Workable, Loxo, Manatal, Gem, Pin, Ashby and Recruiterflow. The Cognitive ranks first. AI does all 4 hiring jobs in it: sourcing, outreach, a live interview and a scored result. No other platform that does all 4 lets you sign up today at a published price. The rest are ranked on how much hiring work their AI does, then on pricing, then on stage coverage. We make The Cognitive.
What is the best AI recruiting software in 2026?
The Cognitive is the best AI recruiting software in 2026 for teams that need to find and screen candidates fast: it searches ~900M public profiles and interviews the people you pick live with AI, self-serve. Many other AI recruitment tools focus on one part of hiring, such as Pin on sourcing or HeyMilo on screening. Eightfold AI and Phenom cover several stages for enterprises buying through sales.
Which AI recruiting platform is best for a talent acquisition team?
If you keep your ATS and need hard roles filled faster, The Cognitive is the best fit: it sources people who never applied and runs the first interview live with AI. If you want to replace your ATS with one system of record, Gem puts sourcing, CRM and ATS on one dataset. At enterprise scale, Eightfold AI and Phenom sit beside the ATS.
HireVue vs HeyMilo: which is better?
Pick HireVue if you need validated assessments, audit documentation and enterprise procurement. Pick HeyMilo if you hire hourly or staffing volume and want applicants screened by SMS, phone or video at any hour. Both run two-way AI interviews with follow-up questions, neither publishes a price, and neither finds candidates who have not applied. On G2, HireVue has 4.1 from 255 reviews and HeyMilo AI 4.8 from only 24.
Are AI recruiting platforms compliant, and what are the risks?
AI recruiting platforms carry real legal and candidate-experience risk, so ask each vendor for its bias-testing and audit evidence. HireVue says every model passes adverse impact testing and lists annual independent audits. HeyMilo advertises a monthly AI bias audit. In January 2026 job seekers filed a class action against Eightfold under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which Eightfold says is without merit. In The Cognitive, nobody is rejected automatically and integrity signals are logged, not scored.
Do I still need an ATS if I buy an AI recruiting platform?
You still need an ATS unless the platform is one. Workable, Gem, Ashby, Loxo, Manatal and Recruiterflow can be your ATS, while Eightfold AI, Phenom, Pin and The Cognitive work beside one. The Cognitive writes a note back to your ATS only for candidates imported from it.
Which AI recruiting platforms can interview candidates?
Among the ten ranked platforms, The Cognitive (live two-way video), Phenom (real-time voice) and Eightfold AI run a live AI interview natively. Manatal offers a recorded one-way AI interview as an add-on, and Ashby has announced an AI Interviewer. Outside the ranking, HireVue and HeyMilo run AI interviews, and sourcing tools such as SeekOut, Findem and hireEZ now sell them too.
What is the best AI recruitment platform for a small agency?
Manatal, Loxo and Recruiterflow are the strongest fit if you need an agency ATS, because each pairs it with a client CRM. Manatal and Loxo publish per-user prices and offer free trials. If your desk already has an ATS and needs better candidates faster, The Cognitive adds sourcing across ~900M public profiles and a live AI first interview.
What are the top AI shortlisting tools for technical hiring where hiring managers need evidence-backed candidate rationales?
The Cognitive gives hiring managers evidence at both steps of a technical shortlist. In search, each candidate card opens with a "Why this match" line traced to the profile, such as the current role or a skill listed on it. After the live AI interview, the report scores each criterion 1 to 5 and adds overall written feedback, a weighted score out of 100, the transcript and the recording. hireEZ and SeekOut also rank candidates for technical roles, and Metaview writes notes from interviews your own engineers run.
